Returns
We are happy to repair or replace the jewellery purchased from us if you find it to be the wrong size, or length, ill fitting or broken on purchase (see terms of service).
If jewellery purchased from us becomes damaged or broken we will be happy to discuss it's repair on a case by case basis.
If it is found to have failed because of of any manufacturing fault we will repair it free of charge and post.
If it is found to have failed through misuse, abuse and or carelessness, we will attempt to repair it at our normal bench rates.
